Hey @Brad Chandler I totally agree with building a team method, for Dacia having a brokerage vs a team is like creating the wheel vs the wheel already being in place all you have to do is incorporate your plan into the structure.

You can buy most contracts online and fill them out yourself and then email it to the broker/agent.REO brokers all use the state Realtor contract, so don't bother finding/drafting a contract and printing lots of paper (or electronic pages) to make an offer.Supply them with a one or two page offer summary form, on which you state that if agreeable the terms of the offer will be incorporated into the state's Realtor contract.
