Not the weirdo's we see on TV  LOLIn my mind houses like this one you did and or Hoarder houses are hands down some of the most profitable you can do as a flipper.... the one's I did this year were so bad you could not even walk in them without masks or bunny suites.. how the heck people live like this is just      well its just so hard to process.... you have buyers find a spec of mold and freak out .. these people live in a petry dish and somehow survive..

I don't know how many other ways to tell someone to work hard, grind it out, turn off the tv and pick up a book, and socialize with people "above" you to learn from them.The American Dream (whatever your definition of it is) is more available now than ever.

Things like outlets spaced too far apart, overloaded circuits that trip for seemingly no reason, tv cable run along baseboards, no overhead lighting, narrow doorways and maintenance intensive exteriors.

His entertainment comprised of an old tube TV with bunny ears.  

We also do newspaper, TV, radio, bandit signs, etc, and buy from wholesalers.  

Just to set you at ease, JAGs are not out in the field as seen on TV, you're at a Division level (Army) or higher, not many bullets fly in that area.

These people are superstitious and have asked us about spirits in the house because the TV has "turned itself on" a couple times before.

You don't need to invent the next facebook, that is a fantasy perpetuated by tv.

What I'm getting at is sometimes those tv shows make the work look so quick and straightforward, but how comfortable do you feel with it?

All that's left is the mayor and maybe council people with a few cops and the cast from Night Court(the tv series, so to state).
