Is this still a worthwhile deal?

I would like to see BP charge to start each topic in there so people actually make sure what they are posting is worthwhile.

@Sam Alpha   Is there anything worthwhile where you don't have to work hard to achieve a really big goal?

The problem with “pooling” money in Indianapolis is our price points are pretty low so you’d have to buy a lot to make it worth while.

For one, the county and state taxes account for 12.5% of your rental revenue and I also use a management company (Evolve Vacation Rentals) that takes another 10% and that really eats into my potential income.Another thing I want to note is that it takes a lot of leg work to make a STR worthwhile compared to a long-term rental.

Sometimes the incrementalsavings from $1,000 to $2,500 or from $2,500 to $5,000 are too small to make the higherdeductible worthwhile.

So going to the big box stores and getting a sense of what you like, and the costs associated, is worthwhile as you are getting started. 

I'm also hoping to become very much involved with note investing and am considering Airbnbing a place or two as Bisbee is something of a tourist destination with a pretty poor selection of hotels.Some questions for anyone willing to answer ...Would it be worthwhile to sit for the Arizona bar exam (I can't waive in)?

Like anything worthwhile in life, its hard to get started, but gets progressively easier the more you do it (and the more money you make and therefore have to invest in other properties lol).
