Hello fellow investors,I found several properties with all sorts of issues: blighted, tall grass, boarded up, structural issues etc and stuck on the next step.

I have found that once they get an inch they will take a mile.

They are a combination of roof pitch, dormer count and sizes , covered porch square footage, attached garage, 16 inch eaves, 2x6 construction, driveway with sidewalk leading to front door and more.

Some shark bites and half inch  or 3/4 inch copper pipes.   

We will have to augment the doors of the hanger to allow the tail off a737-500 to stick out since the opening is 6 inches too short to allow full access.

Get about another 9 inches of space.1New- China makes these things so cheap and the trade is so lopsided, China to US and not back, that a lot of containers are sold as 1 trip to the US. 

Brush up on building code requirements: in basements you're looking for egress windows that are 5.7 sq feet or more openable (3ft by 3ft casement style windows work best), and ceiling heights 6ft 8 inches or greater (as little as 6 ft 4 inches is ok under ductwork and beams though)Sounds like your basement would be a home-run to generate some extra rental income - Happy to talk through the details of that strategy with you, just shoot me a DM!

But also cut your cost by buying 1/4" inch or smaller shoe molding  and use it where the tread meets the riser in stead of a cove metal.
