Has been that way here for years.....a few players put together “mini hedge funds” $5-$10M of investors money.....they make their money putting these investors money to work, management/renovation fees, etc.

Baseball player Alex Rodriguez has a credo for investing.  

I suspect that most wholesalers have their buyers, and the ones you see advertised are the ones that the players have passed on.

There are other players that we call investors that are licensed.  

I am a former graduate and Division 1 volleyball player for the University of San Diego.

I mean hiring players and paying them an hourly salary.

Even with the change in Mayor just this past year I see that they are still pushing forward with making this city a top player in coming years, especially in the Tech industry.

Also there is a new player in town, Coval homes.
