For our properties with gas furnaces, we enter about 4 times a year to check on the HVAC system, replace filters and check CO alarms.

From my experience real estate is not about bricks, but about people and its crucial you have the right people in place that can maximize value through rigoros deal sourcing, project, property and asset management - only by having the right people in place before you enter a deal allows you to "control the deal". 

My initial interest in RTO for my own place was that I thought I was going to get a 5% down payment on the house up front to enter the agreement.

We've just purchased our first condo and are excited to enter the world of real estate investment.Given the local market however (avg.
