If it weren't so far from my family or if we were still in the tech industry, we'd still be there (we love it there and still have lots of friends and business colleagues there)...To your point above, remember, when I said I don't believe in speculating on appreciation, I never said it was the wrong thing to do -- I just said it's not right for me, and if all investors really understood the math, I think a lot of them (though absolutely not all of them) would agree.
