before you even get this far you need to know why you're doing this.. if it is for quick money, you're going to be out of the game before you even get started. a few people get lucky and get a meal ticket quickly, but it takes perseverance to keep going. show a mentor that you're hungry for information and they'll keep feeding you all you can take.thoughts?

They "cannot find my user ID" and I now have to wait for a ticket to be resolved in order to access my own account information.I have been using State Farm for a couple of years on several homes that we have insured in Georgia.

That's what I do.My lease specifies where tenants can park per city/neighborhood rules.One adult could have one car and 10 kids... occupancy and cars need limits on each (assuming your area allows occupancy limits on humans in bedrooms).If your tenant has too many cars, does your neighborhood fine your property... or put a ticket or tow the car itself?
