Metal roofs weigh about 1/4 to 1/3 the weight of asphalt shingles.

The same way I can tell you how to lose weight, but it doesn't mean that in 6 months you'll be 20 pounds lighter.

This has to be weighted against the loss of capitol gains tax and the depreciation issue. 

It was always early morning runs, eat, study, go to physical therapy, go to class, eat, go to practice, hit the weight room, go back to physical therapy, shower, eat, study sleep, repeat.
