Renovations took 2 full months and about 8 different sub-contractors including landscapers, painters, an electrician, wood floor re-finishers, granite installers, cabinet makers and carpet installers.

His portion of the construction was about $210,000.Then we brought in the plumber and electrician, the drywall guys, flooring sub, painters; all people we had a previous relationship with in the construction world.

Does anyone in the Memphis area have a really good go-to handyman for the small problems, plumber, and electrician?

I also have other skills as a licensed electrician and carpet cleaning.

Considering asking a couple of plumbers and electricians to walk site to provide written estimates on material and labor - wondering if they'd be amenable to the idea since we don't have title.

What do you guys prefer to use for lighting work, a licensed electrician or a contractor.

So after my mom gave me that sound advice i figured i  would go to the forums to see if there are any folks that had good experiences with electricians in Scranton.

  ( I spoke with the electrician and he wasn't hurt).

I have had 16 cameras installed on one of my previous buildings and an electrician charged me close to 7 grand!
