The new construction has very similar prototype as my house except that my home can be used as a triplex but the newer one is strictly a duplex.Of course the newer home will have all the bells and whistles of a newer construction that my 15 year will not have.I am thinking of selling but I am not in a rush and I 've been toying with the idea of timing my sale with the other property.I personally think the listing price and/or sale price of the newer construction will positively impact the value of my property.If I put my property on sale right away I feel I may not be able to reap the benefits of the neighboring new construction.I personally I think if I put my property on sale exactly around the same time the newer construction goes on sale,it will help me sell my property at an optimal price.I am interested to hear thoughts from other experienced members.

If they will issue title on the land, unless the county is going to force the mobile to be hauled away, I'd go forward.

I have lived in homes with a 1/2 bath off the kitchen, with a small foyer between.It's nice for guests, just point them to the kitchen and let them discover it vs using a family bathroom full of kids toy boats and messy hanging towels.If this is the units only bathroom, as a renter I would think it as convenient, also better than sending guests through a bedroom.The financing thing (????)

I like Lake Havasu and it is a tourist haven year round, but you know it is HOT in the summer...but people still go and lay by the pool, or jump in the lake, or rent boats and toys.

They can just make a report and haul away the drunk guy who threw the keg through the window into the neighbor's yard and yelled that he is Tarzan at 3:00am. 

I haul brinks and supplies in it and everything else.

And to qualify, they need to be able to devote some time to the process, have a work ethic and be in it for the long haul.
