They're banking on an easing of inventory as the pandemic eases, investors on the edge financing wise get pressured enough to sell, and in general sellers becoming more willing to consider moving.If those elements all come about in the next 120-180 days it will be a golden opportunity for 1031 investors to actually have some fun selling high and buying low!!!!

It is not a big deal, simple repair.How.ever, I wonder how to handle the liability waiver just in case anyone would be infected since nobody knows each other's travel history and exposure conditions.I would simply hire a handyman if there wasn't this pandemic.

@Matt Sora over all the market in Cape Coral I would say is going to be better to find deals as inventory is up to around pre pandemic levels with an absorption rate around 3.5 months and in north Cape Coral closer to 4 months.

I will recommend you to try Naugatuck and Waterbury because Danbury became expensive since all the New Yorkers came over during the pandemic increasing prices.

Even in the peak of the pandemic, i still had to go to work every single day. one would think that i had a pretty secure job...Yesterday the owners of the company i worked at got together to review financials, and the company was tens of millions behind schedule- well today i was let go.I see this as an opportunity to finally follow my dreams in real estate. there is nothing that i want more than to immerse myself in the industry and do everything i can to be the best investor i can be.
