Some people only invest in A areas, while others prefer B/C blue collar areas. In my opinion, The absolute best markets in the state would be:OKC Area: Norman, Moore, Edmond, NW OKC, Tulsa Area: South Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Owasso, Jenks, Bixby Stillwater is great because of OKLA State Univ. But these are also the areas with the most competition for deals, as everyone wants to buy there and it can be a lot harder to find good deals here.In addition to other parts of OKC & Tulsa, these are other suburb areas that you can find good deals & there's good areas to invest in also:OKC Area: Yukon, Mustang, Del City, Midwest City, Tuttle, Piedmont, Newcastle, Blanchard, Bethany and other parts of OKC.
