I am an agent located in the Houston area, given an opportunity to invest in some new construction condominiums in San Jose, Costa Rica.The reason for my post is I'm wondering if there is anyone out there who can share some information as to the status of Costa Rica's beginning stages of a housing boom.

My business partner and I are reviewing a very similar deal for 51 units in a existing condominium property.  

One company mentioned that they collect data from Experian and also generate lists based on the household income level.

I have a very close family member who developed a 6 unit condominium.

Maybe invest in condominiums?

Is your household run in the Traction format?  

equity play because your household income is already there, but you're after long-term inter-generational tax-advantaged wealth (especially in California -- you don't have your location on your profile).

I've suggested this method to friends and relatives who are single or have small households.
