Even with all of the research we do there still is the angel and devil on each shoulder (animal house reference - showing my age) telling us everything is okay when its not and the other side, you did the research just relax.

I'd think long and hard before changing the ag tax status of 600+ acres, in fact, I hope you move some animal on that at times (leasing may do it) to keep that status as here, you lose it in 1 year if not used for ag purposes, it reverts to undeveloped land-residential.I'd also suggest you look into seperate legal descriptions being made for the division of the property and if that would kick in any tax issue or transfer.
