Even with all of the research we do there still is the angel and devil on each shoulder (animal house reference - showing my age) telling us everything is okay when its not and the other side, you did the research just relax. 

Two different animals altogether.

A person who fixes their animals, keeps up with their shots, and doesn't leave them tied up outside or neglected is not likely to have an animal that does those things.

I'd think long and hard before changing the ag tax status of 600+ acres, in fact, I hope you move some animal on that at times (leasing may do it) to keep that status as here, you lose it in 1 year if not used for ag purposes, it reverts to undeveloped land-residential.I'd also suggest you look into seperate legal descriptions being made for the division of the property and if that would kick in any tax issue or transfer.

You didn't mention smoking or animals, so all being equal I'd go with #1.Docs and nurses tend to be upper crust picky.

If a car...a person...an animal is running at full speed and then its a brick wall...It'll eventually get back to running at full speed...but it'll take some time. 

Just make sure it's at least close to what you want.My old college buddy's wife just recently posted on how she wants to make her French bulldog puppy get used to wearing cute little sweaters, so she wants suggestions on how to train the animal.

Bring a real estate agent is required in some states and also gives you credibility with owners who are looking to sign with a company.Make sure you have a good lease, a good management agreement and excellent people skills.Know everything there is to know about Fair housing, legal requirements of rental properties in your states, the difference between a pet and a service animal and a comfort animal and which ones you can decline if you want.  

Besides potential and likely water damage, I'm assuming there are animals living in the house.
