Both of my properties with Spartan have stabilized and have been getting consistent rent (even through pandemic) without any maintenance costs. 

@George LaiI recognize that you had some maintenance requests that were delayed during a period that Ohio was under a state of emergency due to the pandemic.

We have experienced positive job growth throughout the last few years, including during the pandemic. 

The last time I got a concession for things that turned up in an inspection here was in 2021 during the pandemic right before our market skyrocketed.
