It could be branding or messaging or appearance or some combination of those things that makes your piece memorable.

I do not even know what 90% of my phone does I just make calls on it and other basic functions.My Samsung Galaxy S3 displays the BP website fine on it's own so I really do not need the mobile app for Android I guess.

Your best bet is to list it on Craiglist and other similar classified websites and other means of advertising to your buyers.

Is waiting until I have finished creating my on-line presence (website and FB) the wrong way to go before I start marketing to motivated sellers and absentee owners.

I find that It is very hard for me to focus more than an hour or so, on a tax website, google searches, etc, as my mind wanders a million miles a minute, and i would love for this to be streamlined so i can focus on talking to sellers and building title, attorney, agent relationships.Thoughts?

I know we have a website here in Allegheny county for searching deeds but you have to pay to get on it.
