Collecting rent was it online with software such as Buildium or did you collect checks?

Most tax professionals are using cloud software and other technology to handle client's needs remotely. 

Hey guys,So I am trying to figure out whats the best RVM software out there.

This may not be the best question , but is there software or apps or Local gov applications( besides county tax records )  that locate  parcels for owners classified as multi-family properties or something similar  , it may narrow down the search a little for the properties in the asset class id be looking for .

I own a small software company in the Netherlands called Royalution but i am also very intrested in real estate and building up cash flow.

I am currently using Quick Books Online Accounting software for my sales business so if I sent them up separately I would need to pay a separate subscription fee for the software.

Hope this is useful to flippers etc I see a lot investors, especially new flippers, struggling with rehab estimates.McCormick has really good software to estimate costs.

Then Had a  Property in Rohnert Park  next to the Graton Casino.. i bought in 95 for 27k bare land 4 acres.. city grew out to us brought us in .. upzoned us. ( keep in mind I spent ZERO on this other than 350 a year in prop taxs.) and we sold in January for 1.9 mil to a local developer..
