And the price is ridiculous...I don't know a thing about this area, but why not tie it up with an offer and perform your due diligence... if something terrible comes up, back out through your escape clause.Otherwise, keep this one on the radar and discover who buys it and what they do with it...even volunteer to help locate tenants, etc. if it is an investor...
