I listened to his long winded explanations of what was going on (he lives alone) and told him I recognized I'm hounding him as we talked 1-2 times a week but I hope he understood which he did.

We understood Texas but did not understand South Dakota.

It is commonly understood to be "the same taxpayer."

The concepts and challenges of community property are not well understood and result in confusion and planning errors.

And here I thought I understood the whole "Bigger Pockets" metaphor.

The key to this deal is that we were able to identify the seller’s goals and build a relationship that made him feel heard and understood.
