I can't speak for the other markets but Toledo is a great place to invest due to the affordability.

I have about 30k right now mostly in a HYSA and am planning to just hang on, I afford everything with my salary and roommates.

As I continue to gain more knowledge, I am intrigued by the opportunities that real estate investing can afford while on active duty. 

And again, you'll get advice from posters that could not care less whether you follow it to the "T".
