Letters for me = .11 cents envelope .10 Letters .44 Stamp = .65 (aprox) per letter+a lot of time stuffing and stamping them.Over 2,500 mailers that's $800 for postcards$1625 for lettersI would bet you would get a better response rate mailing postcards twice then mailing a letter once.

They'll take out walls, stairwells etc. stuffing their oversized (hand me down) couches up your walls.

In addition you should check if the tub's overflow is indeed working (could have been clogged up by some kid having stuffed something down the holes or whatever, one never knows).

You will get between a 5 - 25% response (5-25 responses for every 100 letters you send out).MY ADVICE: Learn (and love) to process data and you will make millions in real estate.There are 26,387,452+ tax defaulted properties in the US at the moment.If you are using unrelated third parties to send out mailers at any step of the way(except printing & stuffing), you are kicking the can down the road.

Looks good to me, but I just got done printing my first batch of letters from ListSource - 896 of them - which wasn't that bad, but we'll see how stuffing them goes though.I had last sale date at 1/1/1998 for a solid 15 years of ownership.
