There was a ripped up pillow or something else in the closet as there was tons of stuffing on the floor.After clearing out the mess of stuffing and other junk on the floor, the contractor found "about 20" piles of old dog excrement.The tenant must have had so much money by not paying rent, that she could afford to buy a bunch of food and leave it behind in the fridge.That's a huge pack of chicken on the bottom shelf there.

I have no problems with people with real disabilities or needs, we're even recommending one tenant to get on the list at the moment, and as I said, we accepted two newly issued vouchers from existing tenants last year.However, don't for a moment think that the HA is stuffed full of people needing real help.And there is a very good reason to be extremely annoyed at the people who are faking it (as a lot seem to be), because it pushes back the people who do need help, and makes a waiting list that shouldn't need to exist, 2 years long.

To re-apply to live where you are already living.I don't know about you, but that would irritate the stuffing out of me, and I'd start planning to move just on principle.Then, you read the letter that says the new landlord will be running a tight, professional ship.

Eventually, I stuffed some steel wool into the crack and I'll go back there in a week or so with a bag of concrete and a tub to make a full-on tenant-satisfaction pantomime out of filling that crack and protecting her against the terrifying concrete-tunneling squirrels.

If you can still procure guidance lines or bank money at low interest rates by stuffing your cash in a project you may be better off using more of your own money.
