My favorites are the armless mannequin I met in the dark cellar and the room full of severed heads (OK, they were animal heads, and they were stuffed, but it was still freaky AF)FYI if there are known material defects with a property (foundation, etc) then brokers/sellers  in CO are required by law to disclose.

If you're doing some googleing/searching for a few answering services to compare and shop, I'd recommend searching for things like "web call handling" "website order entry services" "order entry answering services" the more specific you get the more likely you'll find what you're looking for and not a keyword stuffing, outsourced to wherever service.

I never asked for late fees when their rent was late, it was never more than 4 days, my bank switched their rules for deposits.It is a large family and the house is stuffed with belongings.
