We all know it bull, but we know it because we have the experience and knowledge the newbie lacks. 

In most of Raleigh city limits specifically, the lack of room to build new construction developments has stirred the folks in zoning.

I thought this was simply the right thing to do and did not give a second thought to undergoing this process until after the repairs were completed.

My frind in Omaha ended up picking up his second property sooner than he expected, simply because he’d built a small name for himself with one successful deal already under his belt.Are you feeling confident about the day-to-day responsibilities, or is there something else in the process that’s keeping you up at night?

A quick internet search led to quite a few complaints by people claiming to be ripped off, had deals fall through, or simply getting the run around each time. 

Regardless when that edit was made to the contract , they can still use that against you as a landlord breaching contract.That's simply not how contract law works...

The main issue is a consistent lack of effective management and oversight.
