@Chris Virgil-StoneTry doing that in a c or d class neighborhood and you’d be shocked to see your property is now a crack house without windows .you just do regular inspections because tenants don’t consider it their home to them it’s just a rental to use and abuse

If the offer has a financing contingency I would be shocked to learn that it also didn’t require something to the effect “... application for financing shall be submitted to the lender within X days.”
