Hi @Adam Zacharski, perhaps the reason why your planned drawings were rejected is because all plans need to have an Architectural Seal when submitting them to the town.

Check those smoke alarm batteries, clean the filter in the AC, and check all the windows to make sure you are getting a good seal....

These properties have never been so high, so should cushion some if and when I do decide to seal some years down the road.

Is there a hidden opening to this section of crawlspace or is this completely sealed off after someone ran a 4" drain, EMT conduits and HVAC ducts through this 15"X15" access opening?
