From a tax perspective, having two members in an LLC will generally cause you to file a partnership tax return which is typically more expensive than if you were to go SMLLC route.

Then it could be quite different and just make the gate motorize, move in base and rent to trucks ( yes i get way over simplified), going to look for more resources on that possible route as the required capital would be drastically less for possibly a better ROI.

I did not call the insurance adjustor yet because I wanted to fix the roof asap because its been raining every day3) Since they switched the insurances on me after the hurricane, I will be asking the insurance that held the coverage during the hurricane to replace the roof (if I go that route), is there a time frame where the insurance company will refuse to cover and say that they wont cover because it was too long ago?

However, if I take out a construction loan later down the road, say 5 years, I probably am not going to have more than $10,000 to put on that loan so I’m not sure if this is the best route.
