I have been pondering real estate investing for a few years now but haven’t gone ahead with anything.

These are important things to ponder.

You might look at places like Decatur or Justin or Ponder or Boyd.   

I've also never heard a client receive push back from escrow or title when they request that a deed be prepared to claim title in LLC post close.I think the funny thing is that this LLC issue seems to create some controversy between different groups, but I don't think I've ever heard anyone pondering over the legal ramifications of a seller financed home purchase.

As a person knee-deep in all aspects (PM, Investing & Client buy & sell representation) I have pondered on this a lot, and made many observations on it. 

I am pondering the idea of buying a foreclosed home/duplex here in Hawaii that my wife and I could move into and fix up/sell the last year we are here.

I'd have to agree that a lot of office type companies might ponder why they rent such large office space when they can do work from home.
