It could complicate coverage in the event of a lawsuit as well.The landlord absolutely can ask the tenant to be named as an additional interest and this gives peace of mind that in the event of a claim the tenant would at least have potentially recoverable funds.Does this mean that landlords are never added as additional insureds?
