Skin oil, dirty feet, urine, vomit, fur, fleas, pet danger, etc. all hide in carpets and even the big steam cleaner machines never get ALL of it out. 

Most steam boilers I install weigh between 300-600ilbs in a house.

Persistence and patience will ensure that the deal WILL find you, and I think a lot of people lose steam if the deal isn’t there immediately.

Hi @Rita L. yes, the "build to rent" model has been gathering a lot of steam during the past two years.

We had the carpets professionally steam clean and they look fair.

They also might have gotten pissed at the bank and drilled 3 equally spaced holes in a main steam pipe (ask me how I know...)  ;-)Run your numbers carefully, come up with a worst-case scenario, and ask yourself it's still worth it. 

After I move into my house soon, I plan on going full steam ahead into real estate investing and purchasing my first multifamily within the first year!

So I set that up today, and we are full steam ahead. 

We have treated twice with chemical treatments and the tenants have been steaming, drying and vacuuming constantly.
