Are you familiar with Creative Financing such as Subject To (SubTo), SubTail, WRAPS, Short Term Lending, and Bridge loans? 

I wouldn’t want to hold the loan for too long, so ideally it would be a 5 year term, presumably ballon payment at the end.

Nashville is a fantastic market with strong rental demand and long-term growth potential.

There are a few that do not have any seasoning requirement on a cash out refinance as long was there was rehab completed on the property.

Rent out one side, either Long term, Short term or Mid-Term.  

So I would assume the San Antonio project is sold out if the terms have been adjusted to be more reasonable.

It takes too long. 

For example, whole life insurance has at least 5 different terms associated with it now.
