I am fairly new to Real Estate but no stranger to cashflow, crunching numbers (spreadsheet whore), and observing markets - Derivatives background.Honestly speaking, it took me a while to find a forum as good as this one so kudos to all involved.My interest in real estate is cash flow (buy and hold) and architectural style, which brings me to almost any brick building (federal style, art deco, chicago etc...) and heavy use of wood trim.

Doesn't always mean they are trying to scam you or take advantage of you.I have come across so many amazing new Realtors that had the potential to be really great but they got under the wing of the wrong person.This market will weed out the successful Realtors from the amatuers.If you are a new Realtor and trying to figure out how you can best service your investors, my advice would be to read as much as you can about the art of negotiating.
