Just wondering why you would consider this since many people use cell service for internet?

I have one cell phone and a home number.

If you're on a budget I'd consider the old part of Elk Grove or Oak park (for our purposes Oak Park = Oakland...nice downtown, near the grid, but still a long way to go).Not familiar with Costa Hawkins, but Sac Business Journal and other local publications interview county decision makers who, at least publicly, say rent control is not a likely option.

The MCI Worldcom scandal back in 2000-2001 made me bitter about any cell phone company (I lost a lot of money on them) and I don't generally like to put my money there, but this stock has performed suprisingly well, and I'll tell you EXACTLY why: NASCAR.

Also buy an ad in apartment shoppers and other journals related to renting.
