Has anyone had good experience with Furnished Finder in your market or if in Houston even better?

I've been tracing wholesalers in califonia for months, like nothing other state finding individual wholasalers in califonia is quite challenging I don't know if it's because the house prices are too high compared to other markets.

It's a super affordable real estate market where you can still find deals that hit the 1% rule and positive cash flow/great cap rates.

@Lucas DeAndrade how much knowledge do you think you've accumulated about the Akron market?

Honestly, unless you’re in a high-end market where buyers or renters expect it, dropping thousands on a sprinkler system probably isn’t your best ROI move—especially if the property has been sitting for months.

There is around 500k equity in the property. 150k-200k would get the property fully rented at top dollar with desirable tenants. 100k would get it to where I can rent all the units back out at fair reasonable market rents.

Some renters may hesitate, but if the rental market is strong and insurance is covered in your numbers, it can still work.

I am looking to wholesale my first property in the South Florida market since, I'm starting local.As a new wholesaler, I am looking to connect with investors/buyers/agents in the area to hopefully bring business to and get advice that I may not be aware of. 

Market forces are pushing and pulling but not a source of anything breaking.
