Hey guys im looking at real estate in South America ,for the price of a studio here in the U.S there you can get a 3br +1000sqf house in nice area of town ready to move in, been pondering on getting a personal loan here in the U.S to invest in a house in SA, what banks are best for this type of loan, i would like a low interest and monthly payments.

Continue Funding my Mid west BRRRR clients like the land if we get history I provide 100% of purchase and 100% of rehab and there is no monthly payments really helps these guys / gals scale..

I FOUND THIS DEAL THROUGH WORD OF MOUTH I WAS TELLING DIFFERENT PEOPLE IN MY CIRCLE I WAS READY TO BUY AND LONG BEHOLD A BUDDY OF MINES WHO IS A REALTOR PRESENTED ME THE DEAL AND LET ME MEET THE OWNER WE HAD A GREAT CONVERSATION AS HE TOURED THE PROPERTY WITH ME HE EXPLAINED HE HAD HIGHER OFFERS BUT BECAUSE HE SEE IM A YOUNG GUY DOING THE RIGHT THING HE REALLY WANTED TO SELL IT TO ME AND THE REST IS HISTORY !
