I am a very optimistic person, but building a house, unless it is a tract home builder, scares the crap out of me.

This guy bought a tract home in 2005 for $138K (built 2003) and later moved to a bigger home.He's rented the house for 5 years (1 tenant in that time). 

It works decent in tract neighborhoods.

Hi,I have a question pertaining to the legality of quitclaiming property to someone without the use of a lawyer specifically in the Carolina's.Looking for a way to quickly transfer land small tracts of land.To me it seems like a little bit of a grey area that is not explicitly legal, but rather legal if you convince everyone involved that it is.Just wanted to know if anyone here has had some actual experience doing something like this.

I do not use any software to manage property or keep tract of expenses right now since I am still medically recovering and have not picked up any work yet.

It sounds like you’re already on tract and will learn a lot in the hands on maintenance of apartments and multifamily properties you’re currently working on.

The 133 acres apple campus is being built on An empty tract of land which is part of a huge ranch called Robinson ranch.

I would also recommend to always look online where the city/county tracts job growth and population growth which are other key factors.
