Can they fight a void sale even after the deed is issued after 3 years?

Personally, I've seen and experienced things where because of the LLC separation-- the other side chose not to fight it seeing how little they could win.

Some attorneys will help and fight and other attorneys will play things by the book.

The problem with these is if a tenant charges back they do not fight the chargeback they just take your funds and return them to the tenant.You can ask the tenant for a wage assignment or to put you on their company's direct deposit.

There are hundreds of others nationally, Internationally and locally that are all fighting over a few deals and thats driving prices up and margins down.

Maybe they're just waiting to see if you pay them off without a fight? 

another maybe odd thing i worry about is it's a bit in the country, with 4 doors right next to each other i worry the tenants could fight, drama, drug deals, noise complaints, i have no idea but it just seems a bit strange. the layout just seems very conducive to drama, 4 door out front literally spaced ten ft apart with nothing else directly around and one big parking lot out front.another concern i have is, i understand there are laws limiting how many people can be in apt. these being 1 bed 1 bath, thats room for what 1 couple, and one child at most?
