Like others on here, I am surprised that there is not more knowledge about DSTs.

LOL Happy to share any knowledge about that niche, since as you can see, I am kind of the go to for KY and that is all I do.

I prepare an extensive number of tax returns.A big niche of my clientele is made up of real estate investors.

Just wondering how many folks would really use this that are like I said not really educated on how title and escrow works and I find East coast folks to be highly reliant on closing attornies and have very little knowledge of title and escrow functions..

well that depends on you and your knowledge and your skill/luck etc and no one else. with stocks and with RE, sometimes you get the turn-around projects too, which can suck up your money and be losers or end up as huge winners, when the community recognizes the value add or the company turns it around.

I would say that the value he brings is finding the deals, doing an initial diligence, having a local team set up for renovations/repairs/property management as well as knowledge of the neighborhood.

I am new here just trying to learn and gain knowledge to start buying my own rentals 

I will do my due diligence and extensive research before making any moves.
