Trust me she is not one of those sit back and relax and get my nails and hair done kind of girls.

I was someone who didn't like to "half ***" things (including my relationship) so I made my last and final decision "for a girl" by taking the job.

As a guy/girl who connects the dots.I can understand the grey area though.

I don't have that but I know a girl who started at the same time as me and she is just getting fed leads from the busiest guy in the office.

That being said, I am still very budget conscious (raised a good Jewish girl & frugal LOL) and absolutely love the creative aspect of designing homes.

Many, many times someone who was great, for what every reason--too much work, money hungry, jealous of seeing others make more than them, new girl/boy friend, in over their head, bad estimator of their time...

Not show up, bill excess because they think you can afford it and they have a new girl friend or whatever...

Pictures of BBQs, horseshoes, beer coolers, dancing girls, whatever...can help you rent the places more often.
