@Eric Piccione- There are several carriers who now insure AirBnb's or offer endorsements to specifically cover this exposure.

They will return the original certificate back to the collector endorsed for cancellation.

They will tailor policies through specific exclusions & endorsements to minimize their exposure on certain losses.

This allows for 2 things, number 1 and most important, it keeps it out of my main account so I cannot see it and am not tempted to spend the money. 2. and this is kinda cool too, it is a Tmobile account, not sure if I can say the name here or not, I am not endorsing them or anything just saying where the account is.

Other evidence like after-cleaning pictures or video recording is strong documentation to win the case.Study carefully Airbnb review rules and highlight what policies endorse your cause.

The main reason is because you're likely to have 10 different renewal dats to mess with throughout the year, 10 different coverage forms to review and worry about, likely to have different deductibles and endorsements on each policy, different carriers, etc.
