I truly appreciate it.I want to reword my thoughts:I now know I can't just raise millions of dollars because I want to.

When an offer came in for 30 cents on the dollar, I decided bail out, so took a 70% loss. 

Helping others and adding value should be at the top of their list, not making another dollar!

But what is really cool is you can get between 1000-10000 dollars in commissions for signing people up who want to learn about real estate.

Make sure you know what it's like to be an Agent before you spend thousands of dollars on MLS fees etc.. 

Reason, if the individual is willing to give me top dollar rent and thinks he can still make a profit, then it's a win/win.

I have done a few things, I have rentals, I have driven for dollars, I have sent out marketing, I have knocked on a few doors, and I have flipped houses. 

That and a dollar bought me a cup of coffee.

I have been interested in buying a laundromat but have been hesitant thus far because the only ones I have found have been on leases and I’m worried about investing hundreds of thousands of dollars into something that can be terminated or significantly altered with the end of the lease.

For me, it's not worth the time to save just a few hundred dollars by leveraging these policies.
