Real estate agents should be able to set you up with an MLS alert that displays the properties that are eligible for contract for deed.

Was hardly a trick but more of a display why I only had 1 year of work experience.Makes sense a TEMP job is definitely no guarantee of continued employment.Do lenders like to see contracts for employment rather than at-will?
