Firearm discharge, statistically, is higher in towns with a higher military concentration.

I was part of the deal until the BK discharged my tie to the existing loans so technically the llc's have my wife and I as the managers but the only member is the owner of the llc's is a scorp.  

If the loan was unsecured by bankruptcy the bankruptcy probably also discharged the debt.  

Plus, it's not a pH neutral product so you are potentially adding something a bit corrosive to your discharge plumbing. 

The interesting part is I recently did a FHA loan and FHA does not recognize this foreclosure within the BK issue, if a borrower has a BK and a property within the BK forecloses then the 3 year FHA clock starts on the date property foreclosed as opposed to  when the BK was discharged.

If you are carrying consumer debt at an cost greater than your after tax return from the rental property  would be, then you are better off discharging the debt.

I'm thinking this won't help me either as special circumstances required for discharging liens generally, but just thought I'd mention.  

The problem was it was sewage waste in the crawls space and their discharge line was backing up.

I say this because once you discharge you should get involve in real estate clubs and knowing the lingo will help you understand what is everyone talking about.
