This went on for almost two months, and in the meantime, the roof of the house caved in due to heavy rains, and the bank refused to lower the price to account for the damage.

Found a sick probate deal from an out of state family member who inherited.I was in so low that when I advertised with my 15k assignment fee, I was absolutely delighted when someone signed the addendum almost immediately and put in a deposit.At closing he sold to the real end buyer for 20k more.

Yes - the caving to the GS-built Treasury Chief(s) was a serious mistake, though "The Plan" was not the worst of the possible plans available.
