I’m actually contemplating on buying propstream because it comes with a lot of perks.

(Also contemplating ponying up the extra money if new constructions are only ~40k more expensive than comparable 40+ year old properties.

I've been contemplating the idea of offering a referral fee to any agents or brokers that bring us new clients/properties, but want to make sure I'm not breaking any laws.

Here is what I'm contemplating..Corporation A - Holding Company (Passive Corporation) Each property under this corporation requires its own, separate corporation. 

Plus other factors of course, but those are 2 big ones for me.I have contemplated this same thing with some of my free and clears, especially in this low rate environment.   

I’ve also contemplated on building onto one of my duplex, which has a big empty lot, this option I was quoted 130K for a new 2/1 1000 SF home.I would appreciate any ideas or suggestions...Ivan,
