I think you're on the right track with Lowell - that's consistently been one of the most affordable markets in the greater Boston area when you consider price to rent metrics.

There was no consistent "mentoring" throughout the course, despite what was implied, or at least what I implied at the bootcamp webinar.

Fast-forward to now, and they’ve seen consistent returns while still being close to everything San Diego has to offer.In hindsight, leveraging direct mail campaigns and off-market deals also proved to be a winning strategy for some investors.
