Listen to the podcasts, read the many books, browse the forums, follow biggerpockets and Brandon Turner on Instagram.

You'll probably need an agent when you get ready to buy but while you're just browsing this should suffice.

@Randy Dargan click on the "forums" word at the top of the webpage, then choose "browse forums" at the top of the next page (it will be in the 2nd, lower tool bar towards the top), then choose "local real estate forums" and choose "Ohio".  

Also, if you browse the forums and search for keywords like "Maine" "Southern Maine" you'll start recognizing people who are answering a lot of questions and would be a great person to connect with and send a personal message. 

@Marc Luety I have not used it (BP) very much outside of browse for information.

There's plenty of people and issues and opportunities to talk here.The point, Ken, would be if you had posted telling someone else to send you a message because you had a list of service providers in an area where the OP was looking and the person browsing would also like to have access to that list.
