A lil book I read 4 years ago that got a few people started in RE... maybe you heard of it Rich Dad Poor Dad?

A good book is garry keller's book the millionaire real estate investor.  

One book I just finished reading was the Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and low) Money Down by @Brandon Turner, it was awesome with a lot of good info that you can probably use for your current situation.

Best $30 bucks Ive ever spent.After countless hours re-reading and highlighting every other sentence in this book, I can say I without a doubt humbled by my lack of knowledge, but also edified in a way I was hoping for.As I am young, my cash reserves are not the best (still a few more months of student loan payments), I will not let this deter me, as I know that If i find a good enough deal, the money will find me.I do not know any real estate professionals in my personal life.

The last tax book I read called Lower your taxes stated the only time you have to provide recipes are if its over $50.

but once I started reading the free e-book, I began to sense that the "course" was gonna be nothing more than a video version of the book. 

I've been reading every book I can find on Amazon or at the used book stores, listening to countless podcasts and studying real estate vocabulary and strategies.

Is anyone familiar with the book?  I
