Part of that is team, part is systems that create efficiency, and part is advances in technology that allow me to do things I could only dream of 30 years ago.

So, I've been looking at NC markets to potentially build a portfolio in advance of moving there in the future. 

this is all about the person selling this so called method making a ton of money on rookies.. no advanced investor would consider this a business model..
