To me, these are no different than college degrees (and some cost as much or more): you wouldn't major in engineering if you wanted to be a marine biologist.

The lease states the tenants are accepting the unit in its current condition.

Interestingly, right after accepting that offer, another buyer reached out with an even higher bid.

@Drew Sygit, Last November Fannie Mae began accepting 5% down payments for owner-occupied 2-, 3-, and 4-unit homes.

Your disposition may be to move forward with that as i believe i read in your introduction - but not needed to understand and develop some degree of comfortability.

Their filter is way to strong as well as you cant say if a property is not accepting section 8 and can't use the word glass.
