Of course if you have hred yur awyer he will be sending he letters.It sounds like there is a reconcilation with the tenant couple and the odds are that there will be another repeat of their last abusive encounter.

If you do what the gurus say with your LLC, and abuse it, then you are basically doing all the things that a plaintiff will need to prove that the LLC was a sham and that they can go after you directly.So, what do you need to do to make sure this doesn't happen?

It was a great group, and if you needed some money quick you just gave an IOU when you borrowed it, complete trust, the IOU was just in case you got run over by a bus, the wife would know what she had coming.
